Experience
doctor (Ph.D.) of law, advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar, advocate-advisor to the Embassy of France in Poland. He graduated from Warsaw University’s Faculty of Law and Administration, summa cum laude. He completed part of his studies at the University of Aix-en-Provence. He also received a Diploma of High Specialized Studies in French and European Business Law from the University of Poitiers. In 2007 Warsaw University awarded him a doctor’s degree following his thesis entitled ‘The basic principles of Polish private transitional law with particular emphasis on the principle of non-retroactivity’. His practice concentrates on corporate law, commercial contract law, consumer finance law and private international law. He is the author of several publications regarding private transitional law and private international law.
