We have rich experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, such as:

  • sale contracts,
  • office or storage space lease contracts,
  • service contracts or shareholders’ agreements.

Our deep knowledge of private international law enables us to assess conflicts of laws aspects of contractual obligations. We are capable of working on contracts drafted in Polish, English and French.
